Shipping policy

Our hair oils are made in small batches, and in some cases they are made to order. However, we try to keep our processing time between 2-4 business days.

United States Orders — Tariffs & Duties 

Due to changes in U.S. import tariffs, we unfortunately can no longer absorb these additional costs for orders shipped to the United States. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these changes as a small business. Moving forward, applicable tariffs and import duties for U.S. orders will be calculated and charged to customers at checkout, before their orders are shipped. These orders will be sent using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping service, meaning the applicable duties and tariffs will be prepaid on your behalf to help ensure a smoother delivery experience. 

Orders Within Canada 

As Blue Organik is proudly based in Nova Scotia, Canada, orders shipped within Canada should remain unaffected by U.S. tariffs.

Shipping Fees & Timeline

Our shipping fees range from $6.99 to $19.99 CAD, depending on your location. We currently only ship between the US and Canada. US Orders may be subject to tariffs which will be applied in advance at checkout

Orders are shipped from Nova Scotia, Canada. Orders within Canada can take 3 to 7 business days depending on your province, and to the U.S.A. it can take from 5 to 10 business days.

After your order has been shipped, it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to become available. You will receive an email with information on where to track your order once it is shipped.
