Back in 2020, I took the big decision to get a big chop. My natural curls were so damaged because of keratin and heat treatments, and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I experienced lots of emotions during this time as I was terrified of the journey I was about to start.
After my big chop, my hair turned lifeless, and it seemed like nothing helped with its growth. My hair was so dehydrated that if anything, it was breaking faster than ever before. After some time, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started researching and worked out ways to make my own oils from scratch to help promote the health of my scalp.
With trial and error, I started working on some mixtures of organic coconut oil made from scratch, with rosemary and castor oil, and started applying it on my hair every wash day. After figuring out the exact measurements to obtain results, the change on my hair was insanely good, and I finally started becoming confident of my hair again. My hair is now fuller, and I’ve experienced a realistic and healthy amount of growth. I want to share my formula with you in the hopes I can help you love your hair once again.
