Our shipping fees range from $6.99 to $19.99 CAD, depending on the location: Canada or the USA.
Orders are shipped from Nova Scotia, Canada. Orders to Canada can take 3 to 5 business days, and to the U.S.A. can take from 5 to 9 business days.
After your order has been shipped. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to become available. You will receive an email.
We are very sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we are not held responsible for stolen/lost packages if the tracking information shows delivered. We will do our best to help you locate your package and provide you with solutions if your order has been lost in transit. If your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and you haven’t received it, we suggest you check with your neighbours and verify the provided address is correct.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners.
Please review your country’s customs and duties policies before purchasing, as we are not liable for any fees or tariffs your package will be subject to upon leaving Canada. Please note that even though it is very rare, packages held by customs may experience a delay of up to 30 days.
We don’t do RETURNS.
Please send us a photo of the product in the first 24 hours of receipt to: blueorganik@gmail.com. We will contact our carrier, and you will receive a replacement if approved.
The natural ingredients in our products are beneficial and helps growth hair and scalp. If you are allergic to any ingredients of these products, reconsider using them. If you are not sure, do a 24-hour patch test on the skin. We are not liable, so discontinue use if you are allergic to any of our natural ingredients.
